By accessing and using the PT. Tips Ngoding Karya Abadi website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms. Project cooperation details are further regulated in a service agreement (contract/SPK) signed by both parties.
1. Service Scope
We provide consulting, design, development, and maintenance services for technology solutions including websites, web applications, mobile applications, custom software, system integration, and UI/UX design. The scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Consultation Requests via Form
The "Let's Discuss Your Project" form is an initial consultation request, not a binding service order. No contractual relationship arises merely from submitting this form.
You agree to provide accurate data and take responsibility for the information and files you submit.
3. User Obligations
Do not use this site to submit false data, send spam, attempt to breach system security, or copy site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, design, logo, and layout) is the property of PT. Tips Ngoding Karya Abadi unless stated otherwise. Rights to source code and project deliverables are transferred to the client according to the terms agreed in the cooperation agreement, including settled payment obligations.
5. Confidentiality
Business and technical information shared during discussions is treated as confidential. If additional protection is needed, we are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before in-depth discussions take place.
6. Limitation of Liability
This site is provided "as is". We strive to maintain availability and accuracy of information, but do not warrant that the site will be free from interruptions or errors, and we are not liable for losses arising from the use of information on this site.
7. Portfolio & Client References
Projects shown in the portfolio section are presented as an illustration of the team's capabilities. Client names and technical details may be anonymized or hidden when bound by confidentiality agreements with the respective client.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled amicably, and if no agreement is reached, through the authorized legal forum.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. The effective version is the latest one listed on this page, with the revision date at the top.
